Fulfillment Updates

Good afternoon to everyone,
Today we are going to update everyone on the fulfillment process and current status of what is going on with the Dwarf kickstarter. First we would like to start out and express to everyone that we understand everyone wants their order fulfilled and we are doing our very best to get these filled. We also post updates generally once a month to keep everyone informed and we are not just going to post an update to post if nothing is new. So let's get into todays update.
1. Resin orders are still in the process of being fulfilled and we have fulfilled roughly 30% of those orders. All resin material comes from overseas and the supply is very, very limited. COVID in the rest of the world is still a very relative factor for material supplies. We have no control over the lack of supplies. Plastic and Resin in general is very limited and most of the time not available. We are producing the miniatures but only at roughly a 20% capacity daily.
2. Metal orders are still not being produced at the manufacturer due to the lack of plastic for the molds to be made and a major issue is metal itself. Our manufacturer uses white metal and the main component to this metal is tin. 90% of the worlds tin comes from Malaysia and Malaysia gets there power supply from a Chinese nuclear power plant. This plant has been leaking fuel for several months and has cut most power supply to Malaysia. All smelting mines have been stopped and there is no tin available. You can see this issue in the automotive industry for there computer chips. Right now the cost of metal since January of this year has tripled in cost for one pound of metal! That makes all our metal miniatures three times as expensive. We understand that is not your issue but that is what has happened to market. The last word we heard is that this issue would resolve in the next month or two and that was in the middle of July. We have not heard anything different since. We will keep everyone informed.
3. We have also heard from some of our backers that Tomb Guardians shouldn't be launching another Kickstarter if we haven't fulfilled the last one. Let me say this, Tomb Guardians up until COVID and this Kickstarter has always fulfilled our Kickstarters 1-3 months early and we anticipated doing the same on this one but COVID has had its own major issues. Tomb Guardians as a company has to move forward if we want to continue business regardless of the fulfillment of this kickstarter. Saying that we are going to fulfill every order when we get the miniatures and material supply. We regret the delay and very sorry.

Production Update

Good afternoon everyone
We are updating the production of both the resin and metal miniatures today. First we would like to thank everyone again for your patience’s, unfortunately we are still at the mercy of supply for the resin from overseas and metal production from the manufacturer is also delayed to metal and COVID delays from last year.
Most of our pledges are here in the US but all the material are being supplied from overseas and because of this COVID is still a real issue around the world. Just because the US has eased restrictions the rest of the world where these supplies come from are not. We promise we will get everyone there miniatures but this process has become very slow. This is not due to us not wanting to get you your miniatures. This is the first time we have not fulfilled on time and not have been early on the past 6 Kickstarter’s.
Resin miniatures are being fulfilled but at a much slower pace than we anticipated based on our suppliers commitments. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as it ships. We will continue shipping your orders but this may take us another 2-3 months if the resin supply doesn’t increase.
Metal miniatures fulfillment from our conversation with the manufacturer is now the end of August early September. They are having issues with supply and also very much back logged from last year and this year COVID.
We regret this delay but we have no control over the manufacturing and COVID delays with supply of materials.
On a happy note, those that have received their resin miniatures are extremely happy with the quality and detail of the miniatures. We hope everyone has a great week!

Happy Memerial Day Weekend

Greetings all!
As the holiday weekend approach’s we would first like to thank all the current active military personal and all that have served and say a big thank you. Without you, we wouldn’t have the freedom to do what we love and make miniatures and play games. So again THANK YOU! We hope you have an amazing and fun weekend
Update, on production. The metal molds are still being produced by our manufacturer and if all goes well and on schedule fulfillment will hopefully start in July. We will update you as we get closer to that time frame.
Resin, miniatures are being fulfilled and shipped. As posted before, this will take us 60-90 days and we ask for your patience. You will receive an email with a tracking shipment number if your email is a good email. We understand everyone is excited about receiving your miniatures and we promise everyone will receive your miniatures over time. Material for the resin miniatures is still an issue as it comes from overseas. But for now we are fulfilling orders which is an awesome.

Resin Miniatures, Fulfillment Started!

Hello Everyone!
Today is an exciting day for Tomb Guardians! Fulfillment of the first half of the Dwarven Miniatures Collection II, Resin Miniatures has started to ship! As we has posted in our last update this will take us we are anticipating 45-60 days to complete. We will keep everyone posted. Once again thank you for all your support.
