International Orders Are Complete!

Happy Sunday to Everyone!

I know it's been a little while since you have heard from us but we have been extremely busy over the past few months.  Today we are going to give you an update on this Kickstarter and several coming in the near future.  

Ok, so lets get into it.  So as our material supply continues to cooperate, all international orders are mailed and completed.   With the exception of a few remaining orders here in the United States, which will be mailed this week, we are in the process of mailing out the remaining stretch goals for those who have not received them.  We expect this to be completed in the next 2-3 weeks and that will complete this Kickstarter.  Tomb Guardians again would like to thank everyone for your patience and understanding during this time.  

On June 7th, at 11am EST, we are launching our next Kickstarter which consists of 4 different miniature sets you can chose to purchase.  Those sets are Dark Elves, Bugbears, Evil Cultists and Goblins.  You can chose 1, 2, 3 or all 4 sets to purchase!  We would like to thank Christine Van Patten, Jason Weibe, Glenn Harris for helping create one of our best releases yet.  Pictures are below and link is below to follow this launch.

Lastly, we are extremely excited to announce that Tomb Guardians is going to be releasing our new 5e full campaign and adventure book, "The Curse of Shjel".   This adventure campaign will be roughly 500 pages, tons of maps, 6 starting characters, voice narratives (for DM's to guide there party through the adventure), a bunch of new miniatures and much more.   More details will be released at a later date.  Come join us on Kickstarter on September 13th, 2022!   A few pictures below to help build your curiosity!

Update on Resin Fulfillment

Hello all!

Today we wanted to give you an update on the Resin Fulfillment.  The fulfillment has been going smoothly and we are anticipating all Resin orders to be fulfilled by the 2nd week of April.   That's of course if nothing happens between now and then.    

Once these are finished, we will then proceed to send out all the resin stretch goal miniatures to those that are waiting.  We are hoping all orders will be completed by the end of April!  Once again we would like to thank everyone for your patience in this long process and your loyal support.  If anyone has any questions please email us at [email protected]

Metal Fulfillment Completed!

Good Saturday to everyone,

Today we are excited to announce all metal orders have been successfully fulfilled and shipped.   This excludes a couple of orders that will be shipped later this week to Australia.  The resin stretch goals will be shipped here in the near future.  We would like to thank everyone for their patience over the past year and half.  We are sorry for the long delay but in the end we are very happy with the new miniature line.  

For everyone else that is waiting on the Resin miniatures.  Those are being fulfilled and we anticipate all resin orders to be completed by months end.  Material supply has slowed this process over the past 4 weeks.  However, we are still moving forward.

Fulfillment Update

Good Evening All!

We wanted to post a quick update in regards to our shipping fulfillment.  

First, let's start with the metal fulfillment.  If everything goes well this week, all metal orders will be completed and fulfilled.  Now that still means that the resin stretch goals will be mailed in the near future.    Secondly, is the Resin fulfillment.  We are down to our last 60 resin orders.  We are still giving overseas fulfillment priority first followed by US orders because those orders generally have a heavy shipping cost.  If all goes well we are anticipating all resin orders will be completed by the 3rd or 4th week of February.  Lets just keep our fingers crossed we keep getting our resin shipments for supply.

Again we would like to thank everyone that has supported us and been very patient through this process.  Covid has been very tough on us but we now see the light at the end of the rainbow.  Lastly, Tomb Guardians is excited to show you a sneak preview of our next Kickstarter which we plan on launching in the beginning of March, 2022.   That Kickstarter will consist of Dark Elfs, Goblins, Bugbears and Evil Cultists.  Below are a few pictures of our miniatures painted!  Hope you enjoy.  We are always open for suggestions on miniatures you want.  Let us hear you.  Have a great night.

Fulfillment and Shipping to Aus and NZ

Happy New Years to all!

We have several updates to share today with you.   But first we want to wish everyone a safe Happy New Years!  

Ok let's get into the update.   First, let's start with metal shipments.  Metal shipments are being shipped out but at a much slower pace than we had anticipated.  The resin stretch goals have been very slow to get because of the holidays and lack of materials for productions.  So, Cass the owner has decided instead of having you wait till fulfill the entire order, Tomb Guardians is going to mail the metal miniatures to customers in the United States and then follow up with the resin stretch goals in the next month or so.  This will get you the majority of miniatures with the exception of a few stretch goals.   There will be no added shipping cost for Tomb Guardians will pay for the shipping.  This is again is only for the United States clients.  Unfortunately, it cost way to much shipping over seas.  Saying that, Tomb Guardians is going to concentrate on shipping overseas customers first to get them there full sets.  Then the remaining resin stretch goals will be mailed to the US customers.  Again we are sorry for this delay but we are at the mercy of the supply chain during COVID.  

Shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Far East

As many know, the United States Postal Service has stopped shipping to Australia, New Zealand and far east roughly 3 months ago and there still is no return date in the near future to continue shipping.  The only option Tomb Guardians has to ship your packages to these locations is by UPS.   Doing this, UPS shipment cost roughly $18-$20.00 more.  We have sent out emails to each customer asking if they would like to proceed on shipping this way.  Please contact us at [email protected] if you would like to pay for the additional shipping.  If that is the case we will send you a new paypal for that shipping cost and once paid we will ship your packages.  Again we apologizes for the inconvenience.
